The Philadelphia Eagles got absolutely manhandled by the Denver Broncos to the tune of 52-20 this afternoon. Peyton Manning had his way with the porous Eagles D, throwing for over 300 yards and 4 touchdowns in only 3 quarters of action. The Broncos looked every bit the Super Bowl favorite in this one by generally manhandling the struggling Eagles in every aspect of the game.

The Eagles will look to get back on track on Sunday as they face the Denver Broncos (Mannings) on the road. The Birds come in struggling, having dropped two games in a row after starting the season with a win against Washington. Denver's offense comes into the game playing at a ridiculous level, averaging more that 480 yards and 42 points per game.
![]() Behind some extremely sloppy play, the Eagles fell to Andy Reid and the Chiefs in the walrus-man's first visit to the place he called home for fourteen years. To put things nicely, the Eagles looked like crap on their way to dropping to 1-2 on the season. Turnovers proved costly, as the Birds fell 26-16. The Eagles hope to return to their winning ways against the Chiefs following their shoot-out loss last Sunday against the San Diego Chargers. The offense, led by Mike Vick, looked dynamic as ever on Sunday by seemingly moving the ball at will. Chip Kelly hopes to ride this offense to victory against the coach he just replaced, Andy Reid.
Lets. Go. Eagles! Even though it got a little close towards the end there, the Eagles took care of business by winning 33-27 behind a strong first half.
It’s finally here! Our Philadelphia Eagles go up against the Redskins to open up Monday Night Football this season. It certainly is lining up to be an exciting divisional matchup due to the media spending a lot of time talking up this game.
