A quick update on the Eagles and Falcons official injury reports from Saturday, because we all need a little more Eagles and a lot less Phillies in our lives right now. Eagles: Tight end Zach Ertz (groin) and linebacker Marcus Smith (hamstring) participated in walkthroughs on Saturday after being limited in Thursday and Friday's practices. Both are listed as questionable for Monday night's season opener. |
Ertz missed the preseason while recovering from surgery to a core muscle injury while Smith was carted out of practice back on August 20 with a hamstring injury.
Falcons: Wide receiver/return stud Devin Hester (toe) and linebacker Brooks Reed (groin) have been officially ruled out of Monday's game.
Linebacker Joplo Bartu (quad), running back Devonta Freeman (hamstring), tackle Jake Matthews (back), defensive back Robenson Therezie (groin) and receiver Roddy White (elbow) were full participants in Saturday's practice and are listed as probable for the season opener.
Is it Monday yet?
