Now there is no guarantee that Tebow will even make it to the regular season on the roster, but I guess it can't hurt too much to give him a try in the preseason. Worst case scenario, he is cut a week in. Best case scenario, he can help out the offense for a few brief moments during the season.
Tebow was a two time national champion at the University of Florida, but those days are long gone. He won't be the starting quarterback now or ever again, but he can still contribute positively on a few plays a game.
