AFC EAST:
Buffalo: CJ Spiller and Fred Jackson continue to run neck and neck. Spiller had the added benefit of a receiving TD this week, but their numbers were still very close. Sammy Watkins still has room to improve, only catching 3 balls for 31 yards.
Miami: Bill Lazor, the Dolphins offensive coordinator, said today that the team will continue to rotate Knowshon Moreno and Lamar Miller. Moreno had a good game against New England this week and is creeping in to RB2 discussion.
New England: For having a limited workload, Rob Gronkowski looked fine in week 1, even scoring a TD. Ride Gronk as much as you can and hopefully he stays injury free. Given the fact that pretty much all but 3 TE's suck this year, having Gronk is an asset. Brady didn't look very good, often just throwing the ball up for grabs. Tread lightly with him this year.
NY Jets: Chris Johnson and Chris Ivory split the workload right down the middle, adding another timeshare to an NFL that is already being overrun with them. Eric Decker is the only receiver on this team with any fantasy relevance.

AFC NORTH:
Baltimore: Now that Ray Rice is suspended indefinitely those who drafted Bernard Pierce just came into possession of a starting RB...maybe. Pierce looked awful against Cincy, only registering 14 yards and a fumble before being pulled. Justin Forsett took over the workload and looked pretty good. Baltimore hasn't announced next week's starter yet, but both are worth a waiver wire pickup. Probably Forsett more than Pierce.
Cincinnati: The Bengals have said Jeremy Hill will see more playing time after Giovani Bernard took way more snaps this past week, 57 to 10. Hill is a necessary handcuff if you're a Gio owner. A.J. Green looked good, but you already knew that and after a nasty looking elbow dislocation, expect TE Tyler Eifert to miss 4-6 weeks. Gresham now has a bit more temporary value at the TE slot.
Cleveland: Jordan Cameron and Ben Tate both left this week's game with injuries. I wouldn't expect to see either of them next week, though there's been no official update. Tate's backup, Terrance West, looked good and I hope you handcuffed Tate with him if you drafted him. Rookie RB Isaiah Crowell stepped up big time for the Browns in this game, vulturing 2 TD's. Definitely worth a waiver wire pickup.
Pittsburgh: Le'Veon Bell looked great, earning 197 all-purpose yards and a TD in the win vs. Cleveland. Blount does not seem like he will take as many snaps away from Bell as once thought. Rookie Markus Wheaton also looked great, he will blow up, so if he's still available in your league, go get him now!
AFC SOUTH:
Houston: The Texans D/ST did great, scoring a TD and holding Washington to 6 points. Even though Clowney will miss a few weeks coming up they are still worth an add if you're streaming defenses. As far as the offense goes, it looked pretty average.
Indianapolis: The offensive line injuries are showing early on. Andrew Luck was abused this game. Reggie Wayne appears to be the favorite target going forward and even though he looked better than last season, Trent Richardson still looked inexplosive. An RB3 at best.
Jacksonville: Allen Hurns...I'm not buying into him. Not yet. He's this year's Eddie Royal. A 4-110-2 is not sustainable production. Pick him up if you'd like, but I think Marqise Lee will ultimately be the best receiver on that team. Gerhart went down with an ankle injury. He's currently day-to-day.
Tennessee: Jake Locker looked good against what was once a top defense last season. He's worth an add if you have a shaky QB1, a la RGIII, Romo, Foles etc. Bishop Sankey did not impress anyone. He's the obvious RB2 in that system behind Shonn Greene and saw less action than Dexter McCluster. Justin Hunter, like Markus Wheaton, is also poised to explode, pick him up if you can.
AFC WEST:
Denver: Julius Thomas was unreal, going 7-104-3, if you played against him I feel sorry for you...unless you're me and had Matthew Stafford make up all those point for you! But I digress, Emmanuel Sanders also added 6 catches for 77 yards and Montee Ball looked better than a lot of people thought he would. Like always, it's just good to own Denver players.
Kansas City: Andy Reid is up to his old tricks. Jamaal Charles, possibly the best current fantasy RB, saw just 7 carries for 19 yards. Reid took accountability for not using him enough though and I'd expect his production to jump going forward. He's about the only Chiefs player with any fantasy value though.
Oakland: Rookie QB Derek Carr looked competent in this week's loss to the Jets. That's good news if you own any Raiders receivers, but why would you do that? James Jones and Rod Streater each had a TD to salvage their numbers. RB's Maurice Jones-Drew and Darren McFadden both looked pretty bad. Can the Expendable of the NFL turn it around next week?
San Diego: Pretty average numbers by the whole team. Antonio Gates looks to be getting more work than Ladarius Green currently.
