It was a rough game for the Explorer offense, outside of Wright and Zack's efforts. Eight different players scored, but 6 of them finished with less than 5 points. They also struggled to get things going from the three point line, going just 3-16 on three pointers. The Rams went just 2-11 themselves, but converting a couple more would have been the difference between a win and a loss.
The loss drops La Salle to 15-14 overall, and 7-9 in the Atlantic 10. With just two regular season games left, the Explorers need to win both games in order to get themselves the best seeding possible for the A-10 tournament. Capturing a win Wednesday's game vs Saint Joseph's can definitely help them improve their seeding.
