NBA Reverse Power Rankings: The Final Countdown

Well, we did it folks. We survived Tankapalooza with everything intact (except our soul and desire to watch Sixers basketball, but both of those should come back after the Draft).  The worst is behind us now, as the patience of Sixers' fans will now be rewarded with 3 lottery picks (their 1st rounder, New Orleans' first rounder, and Nerlens Noel, who was the 6th pick last year before sitting out all season), a bunch of second round picks, and a whole lot of cap room.  A starting five of Michael Carter-Williams, Andrew Wiggins, Garry Harris/Doug McDermott/Noah Vonleh, Thad Young and Nerlens Noel is good enough to instantly jump into the 8th seed in the East.

Yes, thems will be some exciting times in the City of Brotherly Love.  It's well deserved after having to watch the 2013-2014 Sixers for 82 games.  There were many valleys and low points this season, but there were a couple of bright spots too.  MCW looks like the favorite to win the Rookie of The Year award and will certainly be playing in this league for a very long time.  The 76ers were also able to bookend their season with wins over the Heat in games 1 and 82.

While things were down in general this season, keep your heads up, because good things will come sooner rather than later to the Wells Fargo Center (other than Flyers playoffs).
