Foles went 16 for 25 for 197 yards and two touchdowns after coming on for an injured Vick last week and will look to further spark the quarterback debate in the city with a good performance. Foles won't have to do it all on offense if the Eagles are smart and hand the ball to LeSean McCoy who leads the league in rushing yards with 514, even after rushing for only 46 yards last week.
The pitiful Birds defense catches a slight break with rookie Mike Glennon starting for the Bucs, although with how Freeman was playing they would probably be better off facing him.
Will someone other than DeSean Jackson manage to get open? Can McCoy bounce back from an off week? Time will tell, but I'm going with the Eagles win 28-17.
