The Eagles welcome the 7-4 Arizona Cardinals to Lincoln Financial Field at 1 p.m. on Sunday in a game with massive playoff implications. Following a Cowboys win on Thanksgiving, the Eagles will need to be victorious in order to remain tied atop the NFC East.

Philadelphia enters the game winners of their last three and looking to Nick Foles to continue to guide them. After finally being announced as the starter earlier this week, Foles will look to continue his hot play of late. Prior to the Eagles bye last week, Foles went 17 for 26 for 298 passing yards and rushed for 47 yards as well in a victory over Washington.

The Cardinals visit Philadelphia having won their past four games and looking to solidify their wild-card hopes. Carson Palmer will look to continue to heat up, as he targets his two star receivers in Larry Fitzgerald and Michael Floyd.

The Eagles will turn to league-leading rusher LeSean McCoy to balance out their attack against the Cardinals’ top-flight defense. The Cardinals enter the contest allowing just 81.3 rushing yards per game, good for second in the NFL.

While the Cardinals bring a skilled defense to Lincoln Financial Field, the Eagles defense has been nothing to look past as of late. The Philadelphia defense has continued its steady improvement over the season, allowing no more than 21 points to an opponent in their past 7 games. While the defense surrenders a good amount of yards, they have been tough in the red zone, and will look to continue to stifle opponents in an effort to keep pace in the division.
