Reverse Power Rankings Week 12: The Race For Last Gets Even Tighter

Just when the playoff picture started to open up in the East with the season ending injury to Derrick Rose, it seems that no one wants to claim the Bulls' spot towards the top of the conference.  They even tried to help the teams out even further by giving away Luol Deng AND helping the Cavs get rid of Bynum, but still the Cavaliers and other teams keep grinding away towards the lottery.  Chicago can't catch a break this year. When they wanted to win, they lost Rose for the season again; when they want to lose, they keep winning, and are currently on a five game winning streak.
In Philadelphia news, the Sixers are finally back to their losing ways, and have now lost their last four games.  They're rediscovering their losing ways just in time too, as the Celtics are closing in fast on last place in the division, and are losers of their last eight contests.  Some serious tanking going on, and hopefully the Sixers are prepared to finish their season in one of the top spots on this list.
