Reverse Power Rankings Week 4: Philly Inches Closer To Wiggins

We have now seen three weeks of NBA basketball, including 11 76ers games, and still have no idea how the season will go.  Obviously we had a hunch that the Sixers would start to cool down after their hot start, but they have still impressed many experts and pundits around the league.  No one expected them to be leading the division by this point in the season, but at the same time, no one expected them to be in the playoff picture either.  As other teams start to figure out the 76ers' gameplan, they should find it more difficult to secure victories, but no matter the result, the effort has been there all season.
How will the 76ers fare the rest of the way? Who knows exactly, but we are sure that they will finish with at least 5 victories.  But seriously, I still predict somewhere between 20-25 wins by the end of the year and a large stake in the race for Andrew Wiggins (or Julius Randle, we can't jump to conclusions just yet).
