Reverse Power Rankings Week 5: Can A Whole Conference Tank At Once?

What have we learned through the first four weeks of the NBA season? We know that the Western Conference is as good as a bag of Buffalo flavored Pretzel Crisps, which needless to say is very good, and the Eastern Conference is the polar opposite.  In fact, the Denver Nuggets, who are 13 out of 15 teams in the West, would be the 6 seed if they were in the East.  The good news for the Nuggets is that the playoffs don't start until April, so the citizens of Denver have plenty of time to figure out how to move their entire city about 1000 miles or so east.
In Philly news, the Sixers are sitting at 6-9, which is good enough for the 7th seed in the East right now.  The 76ers went 1-3 last week, with the lone win coming in an overtime victory against the Bucks, thanks in big part to Hawes' game tying three pointer.  This is the Sixers team we were expecting at the beginning of the season.  Obviously, MCW, Evan Turner, Thad Young and Hawes have been terrific this season, but it will be hard to sustain a record close to .500 without anyone to assist them when those guys are taking a breather.  Next season will look better for the 76ers , with Noel hopefully being ready to play and a few draft picks and free agents to add.

Without further ado, here are the Week 5 Reverse Power Rankings:
