Reverse Power Rankings Week 7: MCW Still Good, East Still Terrible

So it seems we are exactly where we left off last week; the Eastern Conference is still in shambles and the West is still very good.  The Sixers, despite losing 8 of their last 10 games, are still only 2.5 games back of the Celtics for first in the division.  At the beginning of the season, many experts predicted a very top heavy Eastern Conference, but the Knicks and Nets, whom are both at the very bottom of the standings, were supposed to be two of those teams.

The New York teams, in true New York sports fashion, are making things complicated for the rest of the conference.  Teams who were originally planning on possibly tanking are now winning more games than they expected.  It will be a very competitive race for the first couple of picks in this upcoming draft.
The 76ers have 4 games this week, three of them against teams western conference teams (Clippers, Timberwolves, Trailblazers), and a road game against the Raptors.  It will be tough to get more than one win this week, especially against some competitive teams coming up, but the potential losses could go a long way in adding depth to this Philadelphia squad next season.  Outside of Hawes, MCW, Turner and Thaddeus Young, there aren't too many viable options.  With one lottery pick, plus a more than likely second lottery pick now that Anthony Davis is out for a few weeks with the Pelicans, things will really take a turn for better things next season.

Without further ado, here are the Week 7 Reverse Power Rankings:
