By an incredible stroke of luck (or fixing), the Cavaliers have once again drawn the first pick. Cleveland only had a 1.7% chance of ending up with the top pick and I don't understand how this happened again (I won't get anymore into this for the sake of my own mental and emotional health). With a franchise ball handler in Kyrie Irving, a promising 2-guard in Dion Waiter, and what seems to be a bust in Anthony Bennett, Cleveland may likely pick a forward/center such as Joel Embiid out of Kansas. This would allow Jabari Parker to slide to Philly if Milwaukee picks Wiggins. However, there are so many ways this draft could play out. The Sixers are in need at every position except PG; Noel could slide to PF, Young can play either forward position, and no one else matters. And maybe the Cavs will make another stunner of a decision like they did last year will Bennett.
Sixers' fans have to be happy with 2 top ten picks in Sam Hinkie's hands. Remember last year, Hinkie found Carter-Williams, the reigning rookie of the year, at #11.
