The Union held possession for 60 percent of the game and managed 19 shots to Toronto’s 7, but it took every last second for the Union to bury one and send PPL Park into a frenzy. In the 95th minute, Kléberson buried one to the top right corner of the net on a Union free kick, as the Union picked up three points and the stadium erupted.
The win moves the Union to 45 points on the season as they slide into the fifth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference for the time being. The Union will return to action next weekend, as they visit conference bottom feeder D.C. United.
