Today's PATCO Ponderings will look into the court case of Ben v. The Lady Who Told Him to Turn His Music Down (henceforth known as "Lady").
So let's kick off this case, Ben you're up.

Today's PATCO Ponderings will look into the court case of Ben v. The Lady Who Told Him to Turn His Music Down (henceforth known as "Lady").
So let's kick off this case, Ben you're up.
Ben: "So I'm minding my own business on my way home from work when Lady suddenly confronts me demanding I lower the volume of my music. It's not like I was using speakers, I had headphones in. In addition, they were headphones marketed specifically as ones which kept the noise from being audible to those around you. Lady chose to sit next to me on the train, it was not crowded, she had many options." Ok Lady, you're up.
Lady: "I simply entered the train after work and sat down in an available seat. I heard Ben's music and asked that it be turned down. As a paying customer I feel entitled to a relatively quiet commute after a long day of work."
Ok closing argument time.
Ben: "Your Honor, I did not sit on the "quiet car." I did not ask Lady to sit next to me. The music was not that loud, certainly not louder than the noise of the train. Also, it was PHISH, come on."
Lady: "No further comment."
