The Phillies team that completed a sweep of the Nationals Wednesday was nowhere to be found on Friday night at Citizens Bank Park.
Despite tying the game at 1-1 in the top of the seventh, the Phillies would implode in the bottom of the frame, as walks, a hit batter and one very costly error opened the door for a three-run inning for the Mets in the Phillies' 4-1 loss.

The Mets would grab the lead in the fourth, as Travis d'Arnaud singled home David Wright.
The hits in this game were few and far between for both teams, but the Phillies would tie the game at 1-1 in the seventh on an RBI single by Cody Asche.
Unfortunately for the Phillies, everything would fall apart in the bottom of the seventh. Sloppy play culminated in a costly error by Grady Sizemore, allowing the Mets to regain the lead on their way to a 4-1 win over the Phillies.
