Our Miami Heat solidified themselves as the very best in the East on Monday with a win over the Raptors. The Raptors couldn't handle LeBron or beautiful South Beach and will return to cold and dreary Canada with another loss. Meanwhile, Miami fans can bathe in the glory that is the Heat. With the Pacers losing to San Antonio, LeBron James (51-22) moved into 1st place in the conference.
LeBron led the team with a spectacular performance. He scored a game-high 32 points and collected 7 rebounds and dished out 8 assists, once again proving he truly is the greatest of all time. James had 6 turnovers, but who cares, that statistic doesn't matter because he won.
Bosh added 18 points and 4 boards. Birdman scored 13 points off the bench while securing 7 rebounds and blocking 2 shots.
The Heat led by 3 at halftime and easily held off the Raptors' comeback attempt in the second half. LeBron would win 93-83.
Dwyane Wade would rest against Toronto because we didn't even need him. The Heat surely would've won by 30 if he did play.
The Heat shot an efficient 52% from the floor and outscored the Raptors in the paint, 46-36.
Greivis Vasquez led that team from Canada with 17 points from off the bench. DeRozan scored 16 points of his own and recorded 7 assists. Kyle Lowry only scored 11 points and committed 5 sloppy turnovers.
LeBron and the Heat will play the Bucks on Wednesday. YAWN. Wake me up when the Finals start. AMIRITE?!?
Imagine if you were a fan of a team like the Sixers. That would be so boring. They haven't won anything in like 30 years. I'm so glad I'm a LeBron fan.
3-PEAT!
