The Union found themselves unable yet again to notch the elusive second win of the season on Saturday afternoon, playing the Houston Dynamo to scoreless draw at PPL Park.
After failing to get much going in the first half, the Union showed some signs of life following the break.

The Dynamo were able to turn away a few solid second half opportunities for the Union, keeping the game scoreless, but Kofi Sarkodie would pick up his second yellow card of the game for Houston when he was carded for wasting time in the 82nd minute.
With the man advantage, the Union continued to attack the net, but it would be to no avail, as they had 11 chances on net turned away in the game.
The tie allowed the Union to pick up their eighth point of the season, but at 1-2-5, there is a lot of work to be done if this club hopes to be a playoff contender.
The Union will return to action next Saturday, when they square off with the Montreal Impact on the road.
